Songshan relics – Zhenan – Lujiang Dam – Shang River – Liuku

Songshan relics – Zhenan – Lujiang Dam – Shang River – Liuku a total of 195 km

A cow, me and my wife, several vendors and memorial monument. This is the famous Songshan battle relics in northwest of hotel la casa seoul which is the preserved unit by our government in 2006. 

The holes in trees proved the fierce combat at that time.

After we arrive in Bingzhongluo, we are approaching Tibet. I’m coming again, Tibet.

We were in Bingzhongluo in 2009, the Nu River is green at that time. I was planning for this trip quite a long time ago. I decided to book hotel niwa tokyo during my last Beijing tour.

Then it takes on a different look in July this year.

On 17^th, July

Bingzhongluo to Chawalong

This is the eighth time we drive to Tibet, we start the tour of 3 days after Beijing one day tour.

The road on the cliffs

We come across the collapse on the first day.

There is no trees but xeric cactus in the valley.

On 18^th, July

From Chawalong Township to Muruo Township

The clear brook replace the Nu River 10 km away from us. And the original forest takes place of cactus. Along with the elevation of altitude, the forest is replaced by meadow. The unknown wildflowers are in full bloom and the cattle and sheep wander around, what a rural scenery!


The road is as bad as yesterday.

The oasis in the mountain pictures a good scenery.

Muruo is a small town. People who like nightlife can live the cheap room which costs 20 yuan at the head’s home.

After a few hours of waiting, we come to the cement road at the edge of Chayu County in the dusk finally, listening to the gentle roar of engine.

It’s certain that the road tortures you to the last moment. 

Although the road is bad, it feels good with the companionship of the wild flowers on the way.
